Job description

A Technical Office Engineer is required for a trading co. that is working as a supplier (Vendor) for the construction projects.

  • Materials characterization – Quotations & Negotiations
  • Preparing the technical submittals for electrical (power & specialized) cables.
  • Study and identify projects’ electrical requirements & review project documents (bill of quantities and system specifications to make prescription for the products accordingly.
  • Managing the approval process between Main Contractor, Consultant and End-user.
  • Receiving the bills of quantities for projects and submitting equivalent quotations according to what is technically approved
  • Analyzing the electrical scope and pre-qualifying the vendors/Manufacturers according to projects requirements & client approvals.
  • Studying market’s trends to support our high management to get the most proper instructions and decisions to our partners and sectors.
  • Analyzing the needs of the projects comparing with our product range.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering – Major of Electrical
  • 2–3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Experience in pricing.
  • Excellent English Language
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Males only
  • Previous relevant experience is a must.
  • The applicant must be a KSA resident.
